Job Title:- Opera PMS
Location:- Gurgaon
Experience:- 5+ Years
Job Description:
- BCA / MCA from a reputed institution
- Additional professional IT certifications will be preferred
- Additional certifications in six sigma, project management etc. would be prefered
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Opera PMS support and implementation
- Strong management, technical and problem solving skills with detail oriented attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external customers to meet organizational goals
- Well organized with good technical skills and strong operational orientation
- Experience in time management, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exposure to IT compliances and related audits including IT security management
- Good knowledge of Hospitality software applications (Opera Suite, Simphony/ Micros POS and other hotel management applications)
- Working knowledge of various Operating Systems, DBs and Office Automation systems
- Good networking skills with vendors and internal customers
- Possess excellent learning attitude for new technologies and applications
