                         Skill: Mongo DB cluster administration and Database Management – L2 Level



•         5+ Years of Relevant MongoDB Administration experience



•         Good Communication skills



•         Knowledge on Scripting & Automation implementation experince



•         Strong hands on Database experience on Mongo DB Enterprise versions 2.4.X/2.6.X/3.4.X.



•         Defragmentation of Schemas and Tables



•         Schema Design – working with Application/Development team



•         Query fine tuning 



•         Shell scripts for Monitoring like 'slow queries', replication lag, nodes fails, disk usage  ... 



•         Backup and restores ( Backups should be automated with shell scripts)



•         Database Health check (Complete review of Database slow queries, fragmentation, index usage  ...etc  )



•         Index rebuild



•         Upgrades (Java version, Mongo version,etc)



•         Maintenance ( Datacentre outages, etc)



•         Architecture design as per the Application requirement



•         Writing best practices documents for shading, replication for Dev/App teams



•         Log rotation/ maintenance ( mongos, mongod, config . etc)



•         Segregation of duties ( User Management – designing User roles and responsibilities )



•         Disk usage, CPU, Memory check Alerting
