 ITBM PPM Job Description
The Project and Portfolio Management Technical Consultant will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing solutions for clients around Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Test Management, and Ideation.
Job Role:

• Subject Matter Expert on the Project and Portfolio Management Capabilities and Technical Best Practices
• Contribute to the thought leadership of the Project and Portfolio Management Communities of Excellence
• Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in:
• Workflow Configuration and Application UI Configuration
• Development of client specific reporting and integration requirements
• Recognized as subject matter expert on ServiceNow and multiple applications, development platforms, development tools or technologies.
• Understands end-to-end business processes and collaborates with other IT functions to design solutions for business problems.
• Designs and develop integration solutions, data migration strategies and tools.
• Works independently with minimal supervision and may lead a development team for larger projects.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent technical / business qualification through 5+ experience in ServiceNow development including scripting, tool configuration, design, technical configuration, and deployment.
• Desired certifications include:
  • ServiceNow Application Developer, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (Project Portfolio Management (PPM))
• Experience in working with Enterprise ServiceNow
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile,
• Must be able to develop on the ServiceNow platform and create and customize core applications Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow OOB (out of the box) concepts - Client Scripts, Ul Policy, Ul Actions, Business Rule, etc.
• Strong business analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Service Portal, Performance Analytics and Integration of ServiceNow with other application will be added plus.  
• Expert in ServiceNow industry best practices processes and a solid understanding of industry standards for application and data security.
