SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Should have BE (12th + 4yrs.) or Diploma (10th + 3yrs.) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Should have minimum 3-5 Years (for Diploma)/ 2-3 Years (for BE) of Experience in handling Industrial Products, preferably Pumps/Valves/Compressors.
Skills:
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Negotiation & Convincing Skills
- Technical Knowledge on Pumps/Industrial Goods and hands-on Experiences
- Exposure of SAP & established ERP Module (Preferred)
- Technical knowledge of pumps and controls systems
- Excellent verbal and written Communication (will be considered a Plus)
- Familiarities or Ability to quickly learn & effectively use all IT Tools, Platforms and Software that Company uses like MS Teams, Outlook, Concur, Success factor etc. (will have extra weightage)
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
- Support Organizational Goals and Objectives
- Manage the Service Requirement of Customers Effectively
- Develop Strong Relationships with other function in Organization like Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, HR etc.
- Technical knowledge of pumps and controls systems Team Management and Development (both Direct & Indirect)

Job Description- Service & Aftermarket Engineer
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
BUSINESS: Industrial Pumps
LOCATION: Kolkata
DIRECT REPORTING: Service Manager
FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Regional Sales Manager
POSITION DETAILS:
Position Summary:
Responsible for field service, AMC, aftermarket business development, Key Account management, developing distributors, training of customers and channel partners to leverage CIRCOR brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth installation/commissioning of new pumps at customer site
- Ensuring proactive service calls for generating revenue from service, AMC and spares
- Attending customer complaints, registering VOCs and offering solutions
- Perform repairs or supervise technicians performing repairs in the field
- Will require to handle critical technical issues
- Ensuring scheduled service visits for existing AMCs
- Managing aftermarket for the key accounts
- Building capabilities for dealers’ service engineers and deploying them for revenue generation through AMCs, Services and Spares parts
- Arranging Periodic Plant training for dealers and customers
- To develop a process of monthly review with factory of the complaints related to Design, Manufacturing, Assembling, Quality, Storage & Transportation plus Field/Site handling
