Job Description (4 IS3 Developers & Implementation specialist)
Mandatory:
1) Overall 5-8 years of experience
2) At least 3-5 years of experience in Service Now
3) Experience in implementation of ServiceNow
a. Incident Management
b. Change Management
c. Service Level Management
d. Service Catalog
e. Problem Management
f. Knowledge Management
g. Configuration Management
h. LDAP/AD integration with ServiceNow
4) Expert in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions
5) Expert in ServiceNow Mobility
Preferred:
1) Experience on Domain Separation in ServiceNow
2) Experience on Orchestration Active Directory
3) Experience on Cloud Management AWS and Azure
Job Description (3 IS4 Architects)
Mandatory:
1) Overall 8-11 years of experience
2) At least 5-10 years of experience in Service Now and ITSM
3) Sound understanding of ITIL processes.
4) Experience in handling on-boarding new customers on ServiceNow with Requirement Gathering and Design of the solution.
5) Experience in implementation of ServiceNow
