US Accounts Specialist
Location: Noida, Sec 63(Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift timing- 6:30PM to 3:30AM (IST)
Experience: 4 years & above
Responsibilities:
- Handle the Accounts Receivables , Bank Reconciliation & Invoicing process.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and interactions with client.
- Maintain AP records and ensure timely payments while adhering to cash flow management practices.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR and AP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivables & Payables.
- Excellent expereince in Quick books.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
