Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate - Jenkins Support Engineer
- Perform Administrative tasks for Central tools team owned servers such as Grant user access and/or modifying user permissions
- Manage node configurations for Windows and Linux Nodes for Central tools team owned server.
- Provide node configuration guidance to users on Jenkins instances not owned by central tool's team.
- Provide consulting for Jenkins Pipeline issues that Jenkins users may face
- Provide consulting for Jenkins on how to configure and manage DSL libraries on JaaS instances
- Excellent Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills including coordination of end-user testing on break fixes
- Knowledge on Network and Database teams to coordinate and resolute issues
- Performing Monthly Patching: Prior to patching, review patches, Testing and completing. Post patching issue resolution
- Provide and document RCA & corrective actions on repetitive issues for permanent fix,
- Provide Guidance and Support to other IT Team Knowledge Management Process; Provide resolution notes for new issues or work-around; keep team members and team lead aware of changes.
- Create and update user self-help documentation and quick reference guides for frequently asked questions about the application.
- Create &/or maintain functional documentation for break-fixes, FMEAs
- Ready to support – 24 X 7 Model
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience IT Infra & Application - Migration & Support
Experience with ITSM processes and tools
Operational experience in areas IT applications
