Location -Chennai

  • Resolve the applications related issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
  • Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions.
  • Identify and provide resolutions ranging in complexity from medium to high.
  • Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow-up until completion.
  • Answers customer queries and provide the solution through Calls and remote support.
  • Troubleshoot software and applications for all customers to better understand how to help them use the programs efficiently.
  • Implement improvements to reduce the bugs and common problems had by users.
  • Install, test and troubleshoot regular and custom made applications and train clients on different functions of the application.
  •  Analyze production incidents and document the resolutions applied.
  • Document incidents and their resolution, facilitating further resolutions.
  •  Interact with final users in the day to day support work.
  •  Interact with different users and read between the lines to facilitate the incidents analysis.
  • Contributes to the planning for application maintenance removing bugs.
  • Attend incident management (IM) calls to follow production issues and report status from the IT side.
  • Attend IM calls to follow incidents evolution guiding the team to reach the resolution of the incident through final solution or work around.
  • Report IT status regarding the incident, defining next steps.
  •  Execute root cause analysis (RCA) to identify root causes and final resolutions to production incidents.
  • Investigates application incidents for missing or incorrect functionality.
  • Assesses incident resolution and estimates application changes.
  • Applies resolutions, leading to timely, and error free revisions in applications.
  • Daily maintaining the customer reports in excel day by day.
