Atlassian JIRA and Confluence administrator
Required Skills
JIRA , Confluence , JIRA Service Desk Administration.
Installation/Up-gradation of JIRA/Confluence.
Installing/upgrading Add-on s/Plugins.
Good troubleshooting skills
Linux administration to support application/infrastructure related problems.
Basic knowledge required on Oracle/PostgreSql database.
Performance tuning of the applications.
Good communication skills.
Experience on automating the tasks such as application upgrades , installations etc.
Shell/python/Groovy scripting knowledge will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience on the cloud platforms like AWS, GCP.
