Datastage Developer (Hadoop or Python)
Position: DataStage Developer (Hadoop or Python)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3-8 Years
Roles and responsibilities
Software Engineer in Data warehouse is a person who has a good understanding on Data Warehouse concepts and has worked extensively on Datastage and other ETL tools. This person should be hands on knowledge on Hadoop ecosystem .S/He should be passionate to learn newer technologies viz Cloud solutions, API integration to name a few.
Technical Skills - Mandatory
- Should be excellent in ETL development(ETL DATASTAGE, SQL, PL/SQL(3))
- Experience in DataStage 11.7
- Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge on SQL Server 2017 or above
- Knowledge of Linux commands and scripting is good to have
- knowledge on scheduling tools like OPC Tivoli is good to have
- Should have hands on experience in Hadoop Ecosystem Kafka, Hive and Spark
- Should have hands on experience in Python
