Oracle DBA
- 3 years in IT industry experience as Oracle Database Administrator (DBA).
- Having Strong experience of Installation of Oracle on UNIX and Windows, Creation of Standby databases, auxiliary, clone database and Monitoring and Switchover of Standby database.
- Provided the best resources for the achieving optimal performance, availability, reliability and lower TCO with running Oracle database on AWS.
- Worked on Oracle GRID Control and Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c on ERP databases.
- Having thorough Knowledge of the oracle database system architecture and Multitenant architecture.
- Experience in handling large databases (size in TB) and also large number of databases in multi OS environments & OLTP, DSS.
- Hands on experience in performance tuning, Backup & Recovery using RMAN.
- Good knowledge on configuration of online (hot), offline (cold) and also in Logical backup.
- Worked experience on Flashback databases.
- Good Knowledge on Managing Database users/schema, Tablespace and Database Security.
- Good Knowledge on Oracle Data-Guard and Automatic Storage Management.
- Having knowledge in RAC Architecture and Installation of RAC Databases
- Worked extensively on Remedy, GSD as ticketing system to accept user/client ticketing requests as well as on "Tivoli” monitoring system according to the ITIL standards.
- Experience in Patching, upgrading and Cloning in different environment as per requirement.
