General Summary:

The job responsibilities may include a subset of the following: 

• Developing/Implementation of image/video quality optimization algorithms 

• Developing image/vision related metrics & optimization solvers

• Developing and supporting regression suites for camera tuning tools

• Working on embedded platforms for camera application integration and testing

• Designing imaging capture setups for different conditions and developing databases 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Master's + 2 yrs relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and/or closely related field 

• Background in Digital Signal & Image processing, Color science & Image Quality tuning, Optimization, statistics and data analysis.

• Working knowledge with C, C++, Matlab, Python

Preferred (additional) qualifications: Experience required in one or more of the following areas:

• Background in CMOS sensors and algorithms for sensor and optics processing

• Working knowledge & experience with modern machine learning techniques 

• Academic publications in image processing & computer vision research at top conferences and journals

Educational requirements:

Required: Masters in Computer science or Electrical & Computer Engineering 

Preferred: Masters or PhD in Computer science or Electrical & Computer Engineering

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
