JD for Manual Testing

§ Create teat scenarios and develop test scripts based on project/ user needs, specifications and product requirements
§ Participate in project walkthrough, and analyse documents to understand the functional requirements
§ Responsible for test estimation, creation, execution, bug logging and reporting
§ Identifies test data requirements and generates required test data
§ Executes Software Functional, Regression, System Integration and Smoke testing
§ Prioritizes test cases taking into account business priorities and risk analysis.
§ Reports software defects and shepherds them through the defect life cycle to closure
§ Configures test environments as necessary to support test efforts.
§ Self-motivated and able to manage self-imposed deadlines/ responsibilities
§ Effective collaboration with other stakeholders such as Development teams, Business users, Security team
§ Must be a Team Player
§ Strong experience in Functional testing and System integration testing
§ Hands-on experience on working on Database like My SQL, SQL Server, etc.
§ Hands-on experience on API testing
§ Highly skilled at interacting with project stakeholders and design test cases/ suites for maximum coverage of functional requirements
§ Familiar with JIRA or dev-test-deploy workflow tools
§ Can work well under pressure and be an "out of the box” thinker
§ Strong time management and prioritization skills
§ Willing to ask questions and be eager to learn new products and services as they arise

Experience
Test lead – 6 -8 years
Tester – 4 -6 years
Location : Preferably Noida.
