Job Title: Help Desk
Level: 2 to 5 years
Location: - Gurgaon


Job Description

  • Provide dedicated site support services including:
  • Desktop Support Operations & Administration
  • Desktop Services Hardware and Software Break/Fix
  • Desk side IMAC Services
  • Coordination with OEM & Partners Digital conference rooms and Printer support
  • Hands and Feet support for LAN and Telephony devices
  • Support repairs, maintenance, installation, configuration of Desktop/Laptop /Workstation & Mobile devices.
  • OS deployment and patch updating.
  • Ensuring anti-virus and data encryption are update to date in all the devices.
  • Troubleshooting and break-fixing software and hardware related issues.
  • Identifying the PC hardware\application issues and engaging vendor.
  • End to end ownership of tickets including regular updates.
  • Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other network managing components.
  • Provide set up and support for audio and video conferencing devices.
  • Manage end user device inventory.
  • Provide support to resolve issues, which cannot be resolved by remote support team. To be a part of Incident Management when required in critical situations.
  • Fixing the issues with printers such as paper jam and toner issues.
  • VIP support for VIP users only.
  • Provide Hand & feet support for L1 activities for server support
  • Able to carry out windows admin activities like roll-out of OS images
