Business Development Manager-Staffing

Description

An experienced sales personnel required for Business Development role. Proven past track record of achieving sales target & growing business. He/She will be responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of clients in Staffing Services.

 Responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of clients in Staffing Services.

Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposal and presentation with clients and customizing solutions.

Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection and post sales servicing clients.

Share client contact person details for finance team and follow up for final payment within the mentioned timeframe in PO.

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract staffing business from the client from development to payment procurement.

Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.

Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.

Accountable for all commercial requirement via extending support for acquiring concerned job orders(P.O./SOW), pay rate, bill rate, Contract with the Client etc.

Contributes to technical initiatives and projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems.

Primary responsibilities include developing, and implementing Java/J2EE application projects, features and enhancements with an emphasis on clean, highly efficient, supportable, and well documented code

Participate in design meetings and consult with business clients to prioritize key business/technical initiatives and refine, test, and debug programs to meet business needs

Utilizes knowledge of the customer's business to recommend solutions, and ensures business and technology objectives are met and maintained

 Master's in Business Administration or Equivalent

The Java Developer position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training in the computer systems development field

4-7 years of Java/J2EE development experience, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience with strong understanding of transforming business and functional requirements into technical solutions

Experience in SDLC, both Agile and Waterfall

Solid knowledge of high-scale, multi-tenant Web service development, including RESTful APIs and micro services, and SOA services
