  • Hands on development experience in Agile and DevOps and any new technology
  • Hands on development experience in EAS/ Pega/Cloud/ Digital technology.
    Should have adequate working experience in Application development/Maintenance/Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Auditing skills, ISO, CMMI, Verification and Validation, QMS, ITIL, etc..
  • Risk Identification capability in Product and Service Quality
  • - Ability to understand the business process / customer requirements and exposure to requirement gathering/ analysis and designing
    - Project Management experience (estimation, scheduling, risk management, resourcing, etc.)
    - Ability to understand, interpret, correlate metrics and drive decisions
    - Understanding of Cognizant Process and Levers
    - Consulting/collaborative mindset
    - Collaborative working with multiple teams/stakeholders
    - Basic data analysis skill
    - Good verbal and written communication skills
    - Good presentation and Reporting Skills
  • Conduct audits and Account/Program level deep-dive assessments for critical/complex engagements
    • Prepare for the audit and execute audit involving right stakeholders
    • Report process maturity and process non-compliance in order to ensure consistent delivery.
    • Review and Provide Go/Conditional/No Go by end of start up and go live audits as per the applicable procedure
    • Identify and provide Early Risk Alerts to delivery and leadership teams to avoid escalations
    • Verify the CAPA taken by the team objectively and ensure closure of findings, within the SLA
    • Provide training to auditors, as necessary
    • Ensure audit coverage by completing assigned audits
    • Identify repeat issues in projects and mark them for project wide analysis
    • Conduct Pre-Audit checks for critical engagements which are to be audited by clients or third party
    • Contribute to team goal by achieving the individual goals
    • Effective collaboration with the projects / engagements on the customer defined SLAs / services within the service line
    • Facilitate engagement teams during client/external audits/ customer visit/ due diligence
    • Facilitate engagement teams on client/external CAPA
    • Facilitate engagement team to mitigate the risks, within the service line
    • Perform SOW reviews and audit the compliance
    • Contribute in review of reports, dashboards and applicable metrics
  • Contribute to Quality Management system through updates in Organization procedures
