Skills : Sr. resource. Min 6-8 Yrs. ITSM Modules and Integration experience. Good communication skill Need to have strong knowledge about the ITSM, CMDB, Discovery Experience with ServiceNow implementations Experience in working with Onsite team and client to gather requirements Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Java script and the ServiceNow APIs Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly. Web services and other web based technologies such as XML, REST/SOAP Work experience in agile based development environments Need to Design and develop the stories Good understanding about the ITIL and ITSM processes Should have worked on Incidents, Service Requests Module, Admin Development experience on ServiceNow Modules Incident , Problem , Change , CMDB , Asset , SLM / SLA , Service Catalog , Service Portal Knowledge , Discovery. Strong experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules with hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.
