education, qualifications, and certifications
Degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Recognized certifications such as ACSS, ACIS, Client, ACA, CVP.
Experience
- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales support and design of Avaya Voice, Contact Center, UC & Video solutions
- Knowledge of Avaya Enterprise Configurator and Avaya Solution Designer (ASD) tools
- Designing IP Telephony, Contact center solutions & Call flow for contact centers.
- Knowledge of AACC, CMS, AES, LSP/ ESS configuration & working
- Understanding of AVP, MPS, Voice Loggers and CTI integration
- Track record of consultative selling / wider solution design; business acumen to assess opportunity
- Industry-wide knowledge / market leadership in Infrastructure / Network Services
- Personal and professional credibility to challenge customer assumptions / internal responses
- Experience in building solutions form OEMs like Avaya (mandatory), Microsoft and Cisco.
Knowledge of:
Avaya Red Solutions
S8XXX, AES, AACC, POM, PCS & other relevant components of Avaya
IP Office
Video domain knowledge viz. Radvision, Polycom, etc.
Verint, Nice
Tangential Knowledge considered a positive:
Financial analysis and modeling skills
