Job Discription :-
 
1. Troubleshooting and Configuration of Lotus Domino Servers 8.5 and 9.x
2. Sound knowledge of Email client like Notes client V8.5.x and 9.x 
3. Lotus Domino V8.5.x and 9.x administration.
4. Messaging and user administration support of the Lotus Notes environment;
5. Responsibility of Managing Escalation of Routing, Archiving and Replication problems.
6. Involved in the Implementation of different tools on Domino server for the better performance.
7. Finding the RCA of Domino servers cries.
8. Providing the support 24*7. (including night shift)
9. Responsible for Creation, Deletion, Renaming, Migration and Recertification of User(s) in our environment.
10. Domino Web servers, SSL Security, TLS Encryption.
11. Maintain and support the administration of corporate email and Exchange application's environment, which comprises Lotus Notes on premise and O365 services.
12 .Works directly with users, developers, other Engineers, and vendors in the design and configuration of Office 365 and associated Office Systems.
13. Database Maintenance to include: running compact, fixup, updall, resolving ACL and replication issues, restores.
14. Administer Lotus Notes access and support efforts for remote users.
15. Maintain and support the administration of corporate email and Exchange application's environment, which comprises Lotus Notes on premise and O365 services.
16. Create and update different process document
