Infrastructure management like Datacentre Temp/humidity/Client/UPS/DGSET/Supression/CCTV /Civil/Electricial/Firel Alarm and troubleshooting of complex cases
Continuous and close monitoring of Client faults, communications with field and key technical experts for quick restoration of services, which includes CCTV, Client, PRS, WLDS, FAS, FSS and other technical components required for smooth functioning of the Data Centre
Monitor Client system parameters to ensure optimal SDC operations such as temperature, power consumption etc
- Responsible for implementation of Annual Maintenance Contract
including preventive maintenance to meet SLA for all non-IT components
- Coordinate with vendors and SDC project manager for maintenance shutdown and drills without affecting SLA
- Follow up with AMC vendor/team to ensure preventive maintenance &
corrective maintenance
- Responsible for monitoring Electrical System, UPS, DGs, PACs, CCTV, Access Control System, Pest/Insect Repulsion system, Water leakage detection system, Fire Alarm & Suppression System and other technical components required for smooth functioning of the Data Centre
Knowledge on ISO and Ticketing Tools CA.
TPA and Customer Management .
Should be willing to work in shifts.
Work Experience on SIEMENS OEM Devices and administration.
