Functional Skills

Should have experience inconducting Requirement gathering workshops, fit/gap analysis and resolutions,creating functional designs, conducting Conference Room Pilots

Responsibilities:

•         Theprimary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the PeopleSoft HCMApplications Systems.

•         Theposition focuses on PeopleSoft HCM Applications 8.x or 9.x Applications,including Core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Admin, NA Payroll and TAM modules.

•         Diagnoseand resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of businesssystems. Interact with business system users in this effort.

•         Participatein development of system test plans and acceptance criteria.

•         ProvidePeopleSoft Application Managed services by acting as Technical Analyst inPeopleSoft HCM Modules troubleshoot issues and assist in stabilizing theapplications during & post go-live phase.

•         Clear,effective and pro-active communication with the PM, Team Members and ClientBusiness Users.

•         Workwith the client business users to identify possible improvements in theCustomized Objects / Process.
