Resident Engineer L1 (Java + Avaya)

Position Summary
Should be able to work in shifts , maintain equipment based on SOP' s and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes .

Reporting to the Site Manager for all site related activities.

Experience on IVR is mandatory preferably AVAYA AEP. Job Responsibility: Ensure Proper Documentation of the Site , i.e. Process wise documentation
Prompt complaint handling in order to ensure SLA's
Ensure Backups for all componenets are stored and archived as per policy
Proactively Follow up and ensure resolution of cases in co-ordination with seniors/central team
Ensure Proper escalation of technical/HR related issues to the seniors
Ensure proper monitoring as per the available tools onsite.
Ensure compliance with the Daily Check List.
System diagnosis, reinstallation, conversant with AVAYA Solution search.
Hands-on experience on IVR maintenance and troubleshooting
Development experience in JAVA and Core JAVA
Hands-on on AVAYA AEP platform
Hardware/Application Troubleshooting on AEP
Hands-on AEP hardware maintenance
Hands-on on the AEP Developer(AVAYA OD) Perform daily Change Requests (prompts changes, basic application changes, etc.)
Knowledge of basic SQL queries
Knowledge of basic Linux commands
Requirements: (a) Experience

• 2.5 years +
• AVAYA AEP
• AVAYA Voice preferable

(b) Qualifications

• BE/ Diploma in either electronics or electronic s and Telecom .
• Preferably Oracle JAVA Certified
