Strong educational background – B.Tech from Govt colleges or top private colleges
Deep experience (not number of years per se but have done critical development projects and not some light weight work / support work) with 6 to 8 years
International exposure
Communication skills. We are expecting the person to play lead role if required as we have to support different roadmap projects
Should be hands on exp in OSB.
