Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the effective use of ServiceNow GRC modules.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes related to governance, risk, and compliance.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules to automate and streamline governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Customize ServiceNow GRC workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
- Configure and integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and applications as needed.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and end-users on ServiceNow GRC capabilities and best practices.
- Perform system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow GRC applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall IT strategies and initiatives.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on GRC modules.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow GRC with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is desirable.
