Role / Post: HR Payroll - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Location: North Delhi
Education: Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5-6 years Experience in HR Payroll
Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 year
Salary: 6 LPA – 8 LPA
Only male candidates will be preferred
Job Description:-
. Employee taxation & compensation, designing & defining salary grade wise salary structure.
. Ensure the correct deduction from employees Salary for PF, ESIC, LWF and professional tax.
. End to end payroll processing, checking accuracy in calculation of salaries and timely disbursement.
. Preparing materials for external auditors.
. Resolve payroll discrepancies
. Preparing Reimbursement Benefit Statement for eligible employees like Medical, Petrol, and Books & Periodicals e-imbursement.
. Reconciling payroll accounts and correcting errors.
. Processing full & final settlement including notice pay/recovery with all reimbursement and deductions.
. Handling employees queries received through mails, calls
. Able to handle Internal Employees & their challenges of minimum 400 employees' size.
Record Management & MIS:
. Maintaining the HR database of current employee base, wages and benefits.
. Designing & upgrading the employee records.
. Preparing Reports & MIS on weekly and monthly basis related to HR & Client.
. Personal Files maintenance of all employees
