Shift Timing: Rotational shifts – 24/7

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate 

Primary Skill: High Communication Skills

Rich experience in Tech Support & customer communication through multiple channels – Voice, email and Helpdesk system like SNOW / Remedy.

Secondary Skill: Technical Aptitude to troubleshoot the L1 Issues
