Job Description:-
- Employee taxation & compensation, designing & defining salary grade wise salary structure.
- Ensure the correct deduction from employees Salary for PF, ESIC, LWF and professional tax.
- End to end payroll processing, checking accuracy in calculation of salaries and timely disbursement.
- Preparing materials for external auditors.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Preparing Reimbursement Benefit Statement for eligible employees like Medical, Petrol, and Books & Periodicals e-imbursement.
- Reconciling payroll accounts and correcting errors.
- Processing full & final settlement including notice pay/recovery with all reimbursement and deductions.
- Handling employees queries received through mails, calls
- Able to handle Internal Employees & their challenges of minimum 400 employees' size.
Record Management & MIS:
- Maintaining the HR database of current employee base, wages and benefits.
- Designing & upgrading the employee records.
- Preparing Reports & MIS on weekly and monthly basis related to HR & Client.
- Personal Files maintenance of all employees
