Qualifications
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
- PeopleSoft knowledge and HRMS domain (WFA,CoreHR, NA Payroll) is required
- Computer application certifications, as applicable.
- 5+ years of industry experience within the specific domain/service area including:
- Experience gathering requirements via workshops and interviews and delivering the requirements documents.
- Experience creating use cases
- Experience working with a standard development process (e.g., Rational)
- Experience with process reengineering (process decomposition)
- PeopleSoft knowledge(3+ yrs atleast)
- HRMS domain knowledge in Core HR, WFA, NA Payroll
Work Conditions:
• Mandatory overlap of 4 hrs with US..
• Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
• Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
• Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
• Some travel may be required for the purpose of onsite/offsite software and system development management.
