Job Description: SAP Testers
- SAP Tester with 4-6 Yrs. of Experience.
- Effective co-ordination skills with Project teams & stakeholders.
- Responsible to understand the business requirement & prepare test cases/scripts, execute test script/test run, raise defects & capture test evidence.
- Responsible for SIT, Regression Testing and drive UAT with business teams.
- Well verse with Quality Centre process.
- Hands of experience in Client ALM, SNOW (ServiceNow) , JIRA bug tracking tool, STQAC reporting tool.
- Good communication skills and good to have SAP HANA Testing experience / SAP SuccessFactors Testing experience.
- Work Location – Bangalore / Currently WFH (work from home)

- Hands-on experience in HR systems SAP-Success factors-Employee Central core/Time-off/Pay, PMGM, Compensation, Recruitment , Onboarding etc.
o Having process knowledge of various HR system modules- Leave and Time Management , Recruitment -Onboarding, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management and Work force Analytics etc.
- Pay component configuration in MyHR
- Global time and Attendance.
- Process Standardise- Joiners, Leavers, Payroll.
- Automation of Pensionable Salary in MyHR.
- HR Analytics and Reporting / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Data Management System (DMS) Open Text
