Product Developer-Agile

 Minimum Requirements

• BE/BS in Computer Science degree. Masters in technology or business preferred.
• 3+ years of agile coaching and transformation experience in a reputed technology organization (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Lean, CI/CD and DevOps)
• 5+ years' experience in technology and product management areas such as Development, Testing, Release Management, Product Management
• Deep knowledge of agile values, principles and practices. Ability to communicate that understanding at all levels of the organization
• Consulting, training and facilitation skills in a reputed global technology organization 
• Certified Enterprise Agile trainer, SAFe Trainer, Scrum Developer Trainer
• Excellent data analytics and presentation skills – preferably using PBi, R and advanced Excel
• Hands-on, self-managed and result orientated
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
