Provide reports and all types of regional support to the Regional Sales Team, Regional Sales Managers & Central Sales Operation team.
Process regional Order booking in the System & ensure booking is closed with the Order booking team.
End to end tracking of each Order , their deliveries & billing. Also close monitoring of Orders for Key/Focused Customers.
Calculation of sales incentive plan for entire GSI sales community
Work & support on presentations for management reviews
Maintain Historic Database of entire GSI on Order & Revenue for analysis purpose & Management reporting.
Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports for Management reviews.
Provide weekly pipeline reports for review purpose
Submission of ISO Quality reports
Preparing of Goal sheets in the System for entire Sales Team.
Pipeline Management - Administrative support to sales team . Coordinating with sales account managers to update opportunity Data quality Dashboard before regional weekly calls.
