Create accounts for new hire internal and external users, process terminations
Provision and/or modification of security access to shares, applications and network or servers and email (Exchange) on multiple platforms as indicated on requests
Adhere to strict rules and regulations when following procedures as per company policies and SOX Government and Compliance guidelines
Monitor Team queues as well as log time in Jira for projects and continuous improvements
Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Active Directory permissions, Lotus Notes access and folder structure, OU and Group permissions as well as LAN Management and Company Rules and Regulations
Follow IT Compliance and Security, update documental procedures
Responsible for all Onboarding (New Hires), Transfers, and Terminations of employees as per policies and dates indicate
Assign tasks to other team as needed for completion, ensure completion
Set up and Support external and internal auditors by providing evidence of government compliance to access level and provisioning
VPN tokens configuration and Citrix access to employees as defined, following our documentation
Working knowledge of Manage Engine ticketing and Citrix shares assignation for all employees
General company wide cyber security policies development and application as well as managing its documentation
Troubleshooting and support network share and application access issues, and their resolution
Work closely with Desktop and Network teams to ensure great performance and connectivity to all users
Requirements –
Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and Servers 2012, 2016 and Citrix environments knowledge and configuration
Windows Active Directory and LAN Administration
Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook (email) configuration and administration
Lotus Notes and Hyena software
Basic understanding of our many in house applications, as well as provisioning access to them
Powershell
MS Excel
