Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate Service Now Developer

Responsibilities
Level 3 of IT experience in ITSM space with Level 2 experience in Develop, Design Service Now solutions ITSM modules (IPC, Knowledge, CMDB, Security operations, Asset and Cost Management, Performance Analytics), ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping), Software Asset Management.
Coding experience in ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript / REST / Webservices / Angular JS etc.
Review Business Requirements / SRS
Participate in user stores creation
Liaise with BA / TA for requirements related questions
Develop solution as per requirements
Perform Unit testing, Fix defects identified in Unit testing
Administration / Configuration / Development of HR Service Requests.
UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.
Using ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
Understanding and debugging of system logs
Ensure smooth API ServiceNow Integration with external tools
Experience in Production support tasks
Experience in ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.E / MCA / Relevant degree and ITIL framework exposure
Prior working experience with ServiceNow (Mandatory)\ITIL V3 Foundation Certified (Must)
ServiceNow Admin / Dev Certified (Must)



Preferred qualifications
Implementation Specialist certifications is preferred
Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools and always keep up to date with new developments within the IT industry
Excellent Team Player
