Profile should be Oracle DBA (Application DBA) and strong in performance tuning both sql and server side.
Exposure on the advanced technologies like Bigdata, NoSql etc
can be considered as a plus
Bachelors/Masters in CS / CE / EE with 10 - 12 years experience in Oracle.
