experience in supporting Windows environmentCandidate should have worked in a large domain environment (500 to 1000 users) and should be aware of IT security, anti-virus administration and MS patch managementExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express ideasThe candidates should be willing to work in a 24*7 environmentShould have knowledge of LAN/WAN trouble shooting, hands on experience on desktop/laptop/printer issues, and other IT Infrastructure equipmentThorough knowledge of MS Windows desktop/server OS, Office and other applicationsAbility to take swift decisions, work in stressful situations and solve problems quickly while keeping Customer updated at all times to avoid escalationsAttending daily morning meeting with GM and HODs of hotelSupporting locally Hosted and Central Business Applications local and Central support teams such as Property Management System/Point Of Sale/Back Office/Time attendance system/Visitor Management System/Learning Management System/Central Reservation System/Customer Information System/Customer Feedback System/Knowledge Management System/Email/EPABX interface/POS interface/ Daily Orion File Transfers/Daily Loyalty File Transfers/Daily CFS File Transfers- Vendor Management for all IT related items - Systems & Data Security - Data Backup & Recovery as per Information security policy- Revenue Watchdog for the unit by ensuring the revenue from all potential streams like Wi-Fi, Business Centre, Cell Sites, Video Conferencing, Equipment Rentals Etc.- Network traffic analysisParticipate in various IT audits and maintain required compliances
