SAP HCM Testing:-

Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing

Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, ESS/Client etc.

Should have good communication skills and understand business processes

Should have worked on at least one SAP HR implementation project
5
Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR, Good to have server migration test experience

Analyze & identify system limitations and requirement gaps
7
Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules
8
Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases.

Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects
Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points

Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
11
Use prior experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines
12
Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully

Manage SLAs and projects/CRs plan effectively
14
Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
15
Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
16
Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
17
Good to have : Skills in Debugging, Runtime Analysis, Trace & Performance Tuning, Code Inspector and Extended Program Check for better performance
