  Sr. QA Analyst/ QA Lead (Oracle retail testing)
Experience : 5-7yrs   Responsibilities:     •          Participates in the support of merchandising and allocation systems problems, using varied responses depending on the situation. Thoroughly test software to ensure proper functionality. •    Create System, integration, UAT and automation testing plans.   •         Design Test Scenarios   •         Review Test Cases   •         Test Reports   •         Defect Management   •         Ability to groom the testers in functional areas   •         Good understanding of Quality & Testing processes   •         Experience in working directly with customers & in stakeholder management   •         Good in communication           Basic Qualifications:   •          2 years of Automation experience in retail applications   •          3 years of work experience in test planning and execution activities, test strategy, test data definition, data setup, test execution, defect reporting & communication of status/metrics •          5 year Quality Assurance and Testing experience   Preferred Qualifications:   •          At least 5-7 years of experience in supporting retail systems, with at least 5 of those years in complex merchandising systems. •          Solid understanding of retail dynamics with complex and in highly integrated environments.   •          Solid understanding of Pricing, merchandising and supply chain technology within a complex, highly integrated environment. •          Very technically competent in RMS, RTM, RIM, ReSA, RPM, and Hybris   •          Working experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems   •          Working experience with Oracle Retail and other supply chain applications   •          Demonstrated ability to implement testing best practices into the test planning and execution processes   •          Demonstrated ability to conduct quality assurance assessments according to a documented methodology   •          Experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development & maintenance   Testing tools and Technologies:   •         Client Suite   •         IBM test management tool – Jazz   •         Selenium   •         QTP     •         Oracle Retail : RMS, RPM, RTM, RIM, ReSA   •         Hybris: Hybris PIM, Hybris Customer, Hybris CS Cockpit,
