Qualifications and Experience:

4+ years of experience in building digital marketing campaigns with Adobe Marketo.

Experience with Marketo and CRM systems Integration.

Prior experience of admin-level tasks within Marketo.

Experience building emails, workflows, and other integral marketing automation functions.

Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge and web editing experience.

Experience with web analytics tools and campaign reporting.

Marketo Certified Expert will be preferred.

Good to have: Experience with other marketing tools like SFMC, Pardot, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to understand Goal, Strategy and KPIs, and building the campaign on achieve the goals.

Setting up a fresh Marketo instance with strong admin-level experience of Adobe Marketo.

Migration of Marketing campaigns from one instance to another instance of Marketo.

Build and execute marketing campaigns with B2B and B2C clients/use cases.

Strategize, build and execute marketing automation tied to customer lifecycles and journeys across all marketing channels using marketing automation platforms and tools.

Exposure to third party integrations using Web hooks, REST APIs, etc.,

Manage promotion and campaign execution

Ensure all digital marketing platforms within the business communicate with each other to remove reporting and communication discrepancies.

Specifically leveraging CRM and behavioral data to help drive customer segmentation/profiling, touch point prioritization, and messaging understanding.
