We arelooking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join its Demand Generation team to drive awareness for product portfolio, expand interest, and build a solid pipeline through existing and new digital channels. The Growth Marketing Manager will be a vital member of the marketing team and will work closely with regional marketing heads, sales, and GTM teams to create innovative and disruptive consumer experiences using technology.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the needs, motivation, and buying behaviors of different stakeholders within the buying committee and create delightful experiences to attract, engage and include them in the sales pipeline.
- Design and implement marketing automation programs across Organisation digital channels (website, email, social media, etc.) to drive new customer acquisition.
- Work extensively with data - campaign analytics, user behavior, market trends, and more.
- Collaborate with agencies and 3rd parties to develop and execute campaigns
- Closely monitor and track marketing budgets, spending, campaign outcomes, and return on investment
- Manage pipeline achievement to meet annual and quarterly goals
- Adapt to changing business needs and recommend alternative marketing techniques and tactics.
- Build and maintain a test-and-learn roadmap with different user segments, value propositions, creatives, and channels
- Work with creative teams to produce marketing assets for the campaigns
- Work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to get work done and build positive team relationships
The ideal candidate will possess -
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing/ marketing automation in high-growth technology companies
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Demonstrable record of creating narratives to position, influence, and sell in a compelling manner
- Excellent written, verbal, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience of working with both organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, and ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, etc is a plus.
