Define and enhance Global Insight platform with growing needs from business and expansion to BI solutions
Act as in house 'Expert' on micro strategy tool providing direction to the development and support team internally consultants
Responsible for delivering predictive churn and upsell models for proactive churn initiatives and driving incremental revenue through targeting campaigns
Develop dashboards and reporting to support regular monitoring of key Loyalty & Retention metrics
Lead and mentor team of analysts
Participate in deploying cutting-edge BI solutions using latest technology hardware
Work with large data volumes efficiently using SAS
Take part in defining the overall data integration architecture
Liaise with IT, HR, and Global Learning and Development to identify the root cause and resolve anomalies
Engage with key executives to build an enterprise scale data strategy
