 Transform existing HR Process into industry best practices, by leveraging the niche SaaS applications such as Workday and/or ServiceNow
• Experienced in Project governance methodology • Build and align on global design with key stakeholders for all HR process to ensure smooth and accelerated pace of deployment • Deeply involve in conceptualizing and designing the future HR platform and lead the implementation team • Arrive at a detailed project plan and execute it by managing the schedule, effort, cost and quality • Establish ongoing collaborative relationships both with internal customers and external solution providers and vendors
• Bring in best practices to offer the most accurate and efficient IT implementations • Develop standard KPIs, dashboards, and IT reporting and provide key analytics and metrics
• Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure that process improvements are implemented • Lead a team of Business analysts, Consultants, developers and testers
Build a team of strong WorkDay professionals, who can configure WorkDay application and map out existing business processes in the new application
• Manage stakeholders on IT and business side equally well, viz., the business process owners, IT practitioners in project delivery, Enterprise architecture team, and executive management • Guide and Coach the HRIT team and groom a young team
