AIops/Digiops Senior Specialist –

 

Key Responsibilities

•         Lead a team of IT tool experts to unearth specific AIOps/DigiOps and Service management problem areas

•         Lead and conduct deep-dive AIOps/DigiOps IT tools assessments for customer engagements

•         Lead and engage with customer teams to gather AIOps/DigiOps IT tool requirements and prioritization of the same

•         Lead solution development for prioritized AIOps/DigiOps IT tool requirements

•         Lead the development of business case for AIOps/DigiOps IT tool implementation initiatives

•         Lead the discussions with customer senior stakeholders on AIOps/DigiOps IT tool implementation initiatives

Experience – Essential

•         Exposure on AIOps/DigiOps tools, ITSM ticketing (such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy), IT Monitoring, Reporting, Customer Experience, Automation and IT Operations tools

•         Experienced in ITSM, ITOM, Monitoring tool comparisons

•         Experienced in IT tool implementations

 

Experience – Desirable

•         6 to 8 years of experience in consulting role

•         Experience with BFSI customer engagements desirable

Skills and Knowledge

•         Accredited certification on ITSM, ITOM tools

•         Skills on Monitoring, Reporting, automation tools

•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
