POSITION PURPOSE
Primary purpose of the position
To manage & drive the overall buisness growth & profitability though innovation and ideation of new products and offering to the customers.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
- New Product Ideation and NPD.
- Product Life Cycle management and help generate innovative offering for a variety of consumer/customer segments.
- Smooth execution of demonstration at Customer's end.
- Building relationship and ensure service to various key accounts and Customers
Conversions.
- Follow HASSP & ISO norms.
- Sensory Tasting and Concmer immerisons.
- Competition Tracking & Benchmarking
- Creating Culinary Leadership
ENVIRONMENT
What internal/external factors(competition/government controls/market locations etc) affect achievement of the position accountabilities
- Frequent Travel to Customers and plants
SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS
- Innvovative and enterprising
- Understanding of Bakery and Ingredients
- Multicuisine specialist preferred
- Knowledge of market dynamics.
- Information about competitors and their offerings.
- Good Relations with HORECA and QSRs preferred
- Ability to buid consumer and buyer insights
EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
- 5+ Years of Chef Experience at a 3* upwards hotel/ Restaurant
- Hospitality degree or equivalent
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND / OR SKILLS
- Great communication and networking skills
- Skilled in the art of baking
- Techno-Commerical Skills to take offering from idea ot commercialization
- Connect and networking with buyers and decision makers
- Proven ability to work in teams
