We seek a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ServiceNow platform and possess expertise in designing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM integrations with various third-party systems and tools.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices related to ITSM integration.
- Provide documentation and training to support end-users and fellow team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on ITSM integration.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS.
- Experience working with REST and SOAP web services for integration purposes.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
