Service Delivery Manager:-

Responsibilities of the IT Service Delivery Manager include:

•         overall 12-14 years of experience with minimum 5 years as Service Delivery Manager for IT Applications.

•         Strong Understanding of ITIL Principles specifically around Service Transition and Service Operations

•         Should be able to track and maintain various Service Management SLAs, OLAs and KPIs

•         Lead the day-to-day management of all Service Management processes focusing in Incident Management Service Request Management, Problem Management and Change Management.

•         Should be able to act as Major Incident Manager to drive critical or high priority incidents

•         Should have Performed below Service Management functions like

o    Event Management, Monitoring and event Reduction

o    Application Risk and Security Management 

o    Component and Service Capacity Management

o    Service Availability and Continuity Management

o    Knowledge Management

o    Resource Management

•         Should be able to drive Service Improvement initiatives through Incident RCA, Proactive Problem Management, Risk Management

•         Should be able to drive automation and zero touch operations using tools and processes to delivery cost and time efficiencies

•         Should be able to conduct and drive various governance forums like Service reviews and Service Management forums (specifically Capacity, Availability, Security).

•         Should be able to assess key IT projects / initiatives to identify possible impacts on the business, and communicate accordingly to ensure there is awareness of upcoming changes and their implications
