Project Manager (Customer Experience) B1 (AM/M)
Purpose of the JOB:
To lead the RajSWAN alternate bandwidth contract as Project Manager with Customer (RajCOMP Info Services Ltd.) which is state nodal agency under department of Information technology and communication, Government of Rajasthan for the entire contract period. The Project Manager shall maintain service level parameters, coordinate and drive internal stakeholders, prepare SLA, validate all the reports to be submitted to Customer and should take responsibility of answering related queries of customer. It shall be the responsibility of the Project Manager to present all such reports to key committees, constituted for spearheading the this Project. The Project Manager would be expected to be receptive to the expectations of customer and other key stakeholders of the Project and ensure the incorporation of the same to the deliverables. The Project Manager may require to function from customer premise. The Project Manager will also need to coordinate with large stakeholders which includes state government officials RAS/IAS/ITS, Auditors, Partners/OEM's, Technical Consultant and IT experts across state.

  1. Project Management
  2. Network Management & Maintenance
  3. Service Assurance / SLA Adherence
  4. Operations Billing & Collection
  5. Partner - Factory interlock and reviews
Qualification / Key Competencies:
  1. BE / B-Tech with CCNA/CCNP
  2. Preferably ITILv3 with 6+ Years of experience in telecom domain.
  3. Experience on Fiber / Copper / RF Media based circuits.
  4. Experience in Project Management or certification on PMP/PRINCE2 or other industry equivalent certification.
  5. At least delivered 3 projects for large, enterprise scale projects in IT Infrastructure/Network Audit and SLA monitoring.
  6. Should preferably have worked on projects for government.
