JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Microsoft Infrastructure Server Technology Specialist, your mission is providing technical leadership and delivery expertise on our client projects. This person will continually monitor process and procedures as it pertains to Microsoft System Center, Server Virtualization, Storage Virtualization, Network Virtualization and seek efficiencies and improvements. We are looking for professionals in sales engineer role, technical support engineer role, and deployment service engineer role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements
- Good integration experience with Microsoft System Center technologies, Active Directory and End Point Security
- Ability to deliver System Center solutions independently or with a team. Experience with medium to large, complex SCOM, SCCM and/or SCSM enterprise design, implementations, and upgrades. Assess and understand client requirements.
- Develop designs and implementation plans.
- 2-10+ years' experience in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (multiple positions available).
- Exceptional customer support, communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.0-50% domestic or international travel may be required.
Preferred
- Microsoft MCSE Private Cloud, MCSE Server Infrastructure.
- SQL Server experience. Knowledge of the following services including, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WINS, Active Directory client services. General understanding of Networking/Security technologies (Ethernet, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Remote Access technologies (Forefront (TMG/UAG) Security, Identity Management, ).
- 2+ years' experience in technical consulting or technical remote help desk. Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMWare virtualization experience.
- Current relationships with the Microsoft field team.

Work History
- IT Industry Experience: 5+ years of Microsoft IT Infrastructure Solutions
- Help Desk: 3+ years of experience working in a technical team
- Network Security: 2+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise class security solution
Educational Background
- At least College Degree in IT from a leading institute
- Microsoft MCSE Certification required
