Job Description;

SAP BW Consultant (4+ Yrs):

•        Should have 5 -7 years of SAP BI/BW experience

•        Should have at least 3 full life cycle SAP BW implementation, at least 2 with BI 7.x and Should have at least 4+ years- experience in Production Support

•        Should have very good experience in resolving Data Load Issues.

•        Should have Experience on DB Connect, Flat File and interface

•        Should be good in Debugging

•        Should be able to design, prepare FS, TS independently.

•        Should have experience writing/Developing Technical Specs for extraction, reporting, enhancements and conversion.

•        Should interact with key stakeholders/support members in different areas of BW

•        Provide technical solutions to fulfill business requests using SAP's BW

•        Design, develop, configure, migrate, test and implement SAP BW 7.x data warehousing solutions

•        Design and build data flows including InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Aggregates, Datastore Objects(DSO), MultiProviders, InfoSets, Transformations, DTPs and DataSources

•        Requirement gathering sessions and provide design thinking approach

•        Develop Process chains to load and monitor data loading

•        Implement performance tuning techniques in SAP BW 7.x

•        Provide ongoing support of the existing BO Reporting, Data Services and BW systems

•        Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure a comprehensive data warehouse design

•        5 years of hands-on development experience with BW 7.3+ is preferred

•        5 years of experience in SAP BI/BW application development and implementation, specifically with the following: SAP Data Services, Information Steward and Business Objects 4.x

•        3 years of experience with SAP BW data modeling, design and development

•        Experience with BW administrator Workbench; BW Info Objects, ODS, Info Cubes, Info Packages, Info Sources, Design complex, customs BW solutions translating complex requirements in an optimal BW design

•        Planning and organizational skills, and working to tight deadlines.

•        Deep and broad exposure and understanding of SAP Business Warehouse concepts

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•        Strong interpersonal skills

•        Good understanding of data modeling and complex database schema.
