Production Executive

POSITION TITLE
Production Executive- Bakery DIVISION/ DEPT.
Production REPORTS TO
Plant Head LOCATION
Greater Noida   POSITION PURPOSE
Primary purpose of the position To create a smooth and trouble free operation in Rheon Line to achieve the targeted production with specified Quality standards and decided budget.
    PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty  
Key responsibilities:
 
1. Should be able to lead, develop, motivate and guide the Team effectively to achieve the set Company's Goals.
2. Setting up the Rheon Line for achieving higher productivity with minimum down time.
3. Responsible for creating the systems and subsystems and processes to Maximise productivity levels with highest Quality standards. 
4. Responsible for all the modifications, improvements and New Projects in the Plant related to Rheon Line.
   
  SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS
 

• Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of at least 3-4 yrs of Rheon technology.
• Should be conversant about Rheon Line technology, Recipe formulation, Baking etc.
• NPD orientation will be an added advantage.

  EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE                   

• Min 5-7 yrs of Production/QA experience.  
• Preferably a Food Technologist. However, Engineer or Masters in Chemistry 2008-10 Batch from good University will also do.

  SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND / OR SKILLS
 

• Rheon Line specialist worked on products likes of premium cookies and buns Centre fills, Dark Fantasy, Delicious, Farmlite,etc.
• Great communication and networking skills
• Connect and networking with buyers and decision makers
• Proven ability to build high performing business and teams
