Required Expertise:

•         IBM BPM/IBM Case Manager experience

•         Proven skills in Java and Java scripting, Troubleshooting and Integrations

•         Proven UI Development skills, Front-end integration skills

•         Ability to design and implement complex solutions

•         Understanding and working experience on Application Servers, Databases, UI Technologies

•         Solve customer problems by conducting periodic health checks, reviews of the solution implementation

•         Power/shell scripting on a medium/high level

•         WAS knowledge and understanding on a high level

•         Client Linux platform skills on a high level

•         Windows platform skills on a medium level

•         High Experience with platform establishment

•         Medium Experience with IBM products in general

•         High experience with  & IBM installation manager

•         BPEL/BPMN experience

•         Experience with IBM Filenet

Nice to have:

•         Python/Ansible/Chef/Docker/Git hub

•         Automation experience

Soft skills:

•         Good to gain new knowledge

•         Experienced in growing team members IBM BAW and has a big interest in future products for Digital Business Automation

•         Interested in working with Global team

•         Very good at communication in English both written and verbal

•         Result oriented

•         Team before man attitude

•          Collaboration skills – how can I help attitude

     o   Proven record of working with the "Business”

Relevant Experience: Above 5+ years
